鍵を自分で管理すれば、一度のミスですべてが失われ、取り戻す手段はない。カストディアンを使えば、また会社に自分の資産を預けることになる。ソーシャルリカバリーやアカウント抽象化は存在するが、シードフレーズもサポート窓口も不要な、普通の人が使えるウォレットを実際にリリースしている企業はほとんどない。
