建物や債券をオンチェーンに載せても、そのトークンに意味を持たせるためにはカストディアン、振替代理人、弁護士、登記機関に依存し続ける。オンチェーンの部分は簡単だ。難しくて地味なのはオフチェーンの信頼と法的強制力の部分であり、誰もまだそれを当たり前のものにできていない。
Why it matters
現実世界との繋がりが法廷で認められて初めて、リアルワールドアセットはオンチェーンで意味を持つ。
