デジタルマネーは銀行が届かなかった人々に届くはずだが、接続が切れた瞬間に機能しなくなる。オフラインや断続的な接続環境での支払いを、電波が戻ったときに決済する仕組みこそが現金の仕組みであり、世界の多くの人々の現実だ。クリプトがそのような前提で設計されることはほとんどない。
