Why does my cross-chain intent depend on two solvers not going offline?

Running a production solver requires deep cross-chain inventory, latency-optimized routing, and capital to absorb failed fills, which means only well-funded teams bother. Analysis of 3.5 million intents moved between June and November 2025 shows heavy concentration: a handful of solvers handle most volume and entry barriers have not fallen. When the top solvers exit or go offline, unfilled intents expire and users must retry manually or stay stuck. No mechanism today enforces solver diversity or triggers a guaranteed on-chain fallback.
